Esmael's Blog - Political activist Milton Alves, from the PT, was sued by the Paraná Doctors Union (Simepar). He was notified by the Court Officer on the afternoon of this Wednesday (2).

Former state president of the PCdoB in Paraná, Milton Alves maintains a personal blog on the internet focused on his political activism (click here to accessIt is a non-profit organization; it simply expresses ideas and proposes discussions about the country.

Well, the union, affiliated with the Central Workers' Union of Brazil (CTB), is seeking R$ 15 in damages for moral harm, the removal of a post related to the federal government's "Mais Médicos" program, and a criminal conviction for defamation.

The president of Simepar, Mário Ferrari, who filed the lawsuit, is affiliated with the PCdoB, the former party of Milton Alves. The doctor reportedly dislikes being called a "scab" by the PT member.

The current Workers' Party member says that the application of excessive fines by the courts is a weapon to censor opinion. I'll say more about this one on screen: ridiculous and disproportionate.

Milton Alves said he will defend himself in the legal sphere and promises, like José Dirceu, to appeal all the way to the OAS (Organization of American States) if necessary. "I will remain firm in my democratic and leftist convictions, which includes defending the Mais Médicos program and relentlessly fighting the right wing and its opportunists," reaffirmed the censored blogger.

My solidarity with comrade Milton Alves and the PT (Workers' Party). If a public official can't handle criticism, however harsh, they should go play volleyball. It's a sport with little physical contact.
