Rossoni uses public resources against Requião
The president of the PSDB party and the Legislative Assembly of Paraná, Deputy Valdir Rossoni, sent thousands of unsolicited emails (spam) to teachers and staff of the 2,1 schools in the state public school system that use the "Expresso" email account; in a message sent to a state school, the politician attacks Senator Roberto Requião (PMDB), a candidate for the Iguaçu Palace, stating that "what has happened in the last four years in Paraná proves that it is possible to change the situation in a short time, even finding the state devastated after eight years of Roberto Requião's government."
Esmael's Blog - The president of the PSDB and the Legislative Assembly of Paraná, deputy Valdir Rossoni, sent thousands of unsolicited electronic messages (Spam) this Monday (1st) to teachers and employees of the 2,1 schools in the state public network that use the "Expresso" email account.
In a message sent to the Padre Victor C. de Almeida State Rural School in Pitanga, which Blog do Esmael had exclusive access to, the politician from the PSDB party attacks Senator Roberto Requião (PMDB), a candidate for the Iguaçu Palace, stating that "what has happened in the last four years in Paraná proves that it is possible to change the situation in a short time, even finding the state devastated after eight years of Roberto Requião's government."
"That's what Beto Richa did, with seriousness and hard work. He put the house in order, attracted companies, created jobs, took care of security and health, and now he's ready to advance further in actions that benefit our people," Rossoni stated, reminding everyone, of course, that he is a candidate for federal deputy.
Every public servant in the state of Paraná has a corporate email address generated by the "Expresso" portal, where they receive official communications, course announcements, memos, and other documents used to perform their job duties.
This is not the first time that the PSDB (Brazilian Social Democracy Party) has used public email for propaganda and self-promotion. In March 2013, for example, the Blog do Esmael uncovered another case of early campaigning by Governor Beto Richa, sent to the "SEED" group — the State Secretariat of Education — at the request of the "SECS" — the State Secretariat of Social Communication (click here).
The use of public resources in campaigns, specifically through the use of official email, is prohibited by electoral law because it creates an imbalance in the competition.

Rossoni points out that democratic Brazil needs to return to order and progress.
Deputy Valdir Rossoni is certain that the beginning of the Homeland Week will serve as an opportunity for the people of Paraná and Brazilians in general to reflect on the words on the National Flag regarding the upcoming elections. "Order and progress is what everyone wants in a democratic state, but unfortunately that's not what Brazil is experiencing," stated the president of the Assembly and of the PSDB in the state. According to the deputy, the flood of scandals and the country's entry into economic recession thanks to 12 years of PT (Workers' Party) governments need to be stopped, and this can only happen with a conscious vote that doesn't allow for unknown adventures. "The PSDB has a candidate and was the party that stabilized Brazil economically. Then came the chaos. It's time to return to order and progress." Rossoni, who is a candidate for federal deputy, also said that what has happened in Paraná in the last four years proves that it's possible to change the situation quickly, even finding the state devastated after eight years of Roberto Requião's government. "That's what Beto Richa did, with seriousness and hard work. He put the house in order, attracted companies, created jobs, took care of security and health, and now he is ready to advance further in actions that benefit our people," he stated.
