Senator Roberto Requião (PMDB-PR) recommended "lots of alfalfa" to the demonstrators who took to the streets this Sunday (4) in support of Judge Sérgio Moro; "I recommend alfalfa, lots of alfalfa. Raw or as tea. It is suitable for mules and horses, it calms and is indicated for nonsense marches," he wrote; Requião, who is the rapporteur in the Senate for the project that holds judges and members of the Public Prosecutor's Office accountable for abuse of authority, also said that this period of history will be known as "the revolt of the fundamentalist paladins"

From the blog of Esmael MoraesSenator Roberto Requião (PMDB-PR) recommended "lots of alfalfa" to the demonstrators who took to the streets this Sunday (4) in support of Judge Sérgio Moro.

"I recommend alfalfa, lots of alfalfa. Fresh or as tea. It's good for mules and horses, it calms them down, and it's recommended for nonsensical walks."
Alfalfa is a forage crop with high nutritional value for horses, donkeys, and mules.

Due to its high production cost, alfalfa is used in Brazil as feed for high-performance sport horses.
Let's return to today's demonstrations.

According to Requião, who is the rapporteur in the Senate for the bill that holds judges and members of the Public Prosecutor's Office accountable for abuses of authority, this period in history became known as "the revolt of the fundamentalist champions".

On Tuesday (6), senators are expected to vote on Requião's substitute text.
