Requião points out that Richa has already withdrawn R$ 613 million from ParanaPrevi.

“In December 2012, Governor Richa withdrew R$ 613 million to pay the civil service payroll,” stated Senator Roberto Requião (PMDB); he emphasizes that now, the governor wants to withdraw another R$ 8 billion to again pay the payroll: “Civil servants risk not receiving their pensions in the future due to the mismanagement, incompetence, or inexperience of this government”; according to him, the Public Prosecutor's Office of Paraná should have already acted to correct these distortions, but this has not happened.

Paraná 247 Senator Roberto Requião (PMDB) once again denounced serious errors committed by Beto Richa's PSDB administration in managing Paranaprevidência:

"In December 2012, Governor Richa withdrew R$ 613 million to pay the civil service payroll," he stated.

According to him, in June 2014, Paranaprevidência's financial statement closed the month with a deficit of R$ 326 million. "If we project this value over 12 months, the shortfall in the budget for 2014 could reach R$ 4 billion – which is equivalent to 12% of the budget," he said.

Requião emphasizes that Richa now wants to withdraw another R$ 8 billion to pay the payroll again. "Civil servants risk not receiving their pensions in the future due to the mismanagement, incompetence, or inexperience of this government." According to him, the Public Prosecutor's Office of Paraná should have already acted to correct these distortions, but this has not happened (read more). here).
