Esmael Morais' Blog - Senator Roberto Requião (PMDB) led this Saturday (28), on a tour of Northern Paraná, the first public demonstrations in support of the investigations by Gaeco into corruption schemes in the Beto Richa (PSDB) government.

The PMDB member met with party members in Apucarana and Londrina, at their respective city council chambers.

Last night, the Public Prosecutor's Office pointed to the participation of the Secretary of Administration, Dinorah Nogara, in bid-rigging schemes to favor lobbyist Luiz Abi-Babá Antoun, cousin of the governor.

In practice, the corruption allegations have reached the Iguaçu Palace. Sources from Esmael's Blog report that those in the palace expect a very tough week for the government.

The Gaeco (Special Action Group to Combat Organized Crime) is investigating public officials on three fronts: 1) bid rigging; 2) bribery at the State Revenue Service; and 3) a pedophilia ring.
