Esmael's Blog - The Socialism and Liberty Party (PSOL) is holding its IV State Congress in Paraná this weekend in Ponta Grossa. The event will begin at 9 am this Saturday (12) in the Auditorium of the Astronomical Observatory, on the Uvaranas campus of UEPG and will end at 13 pm on Sunday.
In addition to observing the stars, the PSOL party is expected to reaffirm its willingness to launch its own candidacy for governor of Paraná. The party says its intention is to force a second round and defeat the neoliberal government of Beto Richa (PSDB).
If the opposition from PSOL is similar to the one made against former mayor Luciano Ducci (PSB) in 2012, albeit mildly, by then-candidate Bruno Meirinho, then Beto Richa (PSDB) will be grateful in advance.
