“Given information that negotiations for some kind of collaboration agreement between the parties are underway, I am suspending this case for 30 days,” wrote Moro in a ruling published this Wednesday (1st), in the case in which Marcelo Odebrecht is a defendant for active corruption for paying bribes to the Petrobras Services Directorate.
