This Monday (7), Gustavo Guedes will present his first petition as Moro's lawyer. He will question the request made by Deputy Attorney General Lucas Furtado to the Federal Court of Accounts (TCU) for asset freeze of former judge.
Guedes is from Paraná and worked in the defense of former president Michel Temer (MDB) in the Superior Electoral Court (TSE), in actions that requested the annulment of the Dilma-Temer ticket. He also provides services to the governor of Paraná, Ratinho Júnior (PSD), to the former Bolsonaro supporter and federal deputy Joice Hasselmann (PSL-SP), and to Senator Selma Arruda (Podemos-MT), who was removed from office in 2020.
