Federal court will auction off, this Monday (30), properties belonging to money launderer Alberto Yousseff, arrested in Operation Lava Jato; the sale includes shares in a company in a hotel in Bahia, as well as five properties in an area of 1,6 square meters in the Campo de São Cristovão neighborhood, in Rio de Janeiro; the assets are valued at R$ 6 million.
247 - The Federal Court will auction off, this Monday (30), properties belonging to money launderer Alberto Yousseff, arrested in Operation Lava Jato. The auction includes shares in a company in a hotel in Bahia and five properties in an area of 1,6 square meters in the Campo de São Cristovão neighborhood, in Rio de Janeiro. The assets are valued at R$ 6 million.
The starting bids are R$ 334 for the property in Bahia and R$ 3 million for the properties in Rio de Janeiro. If the items are not auctioned, they will return in a new auction for half the appraised value. In early May, a Mercedes Benz belonging to Youssef was auctioned for only R$ 78, half the appraised value.
