Sérgio Moro, responsible for the sentence that resulted in the imprisonment of former president Lula, who had the lowest rejection rates (22%) in May 2016, December 2016, and January and May 2017, saw this support plummet. In the last 12 months, his disapproval more than doubled, reaching 53% in December 2017. Currently, this rate is at 50%, according to a survey conducted by Ipos.
