Disappointed, visual artist locks wax figure of Moro in room, facing the wall.

“He was a hero in the region, he was the guy who was going to punish the corrupt, but he was a disappointment,” Armacollo told Felitti, from the Rolândia Wax Museum (PR).

Guilherme Amado, from Metrópoles - A wax statue of Sergio Moro is locked away, as punishment, in the storage room of the Rolândia Wax Museum (PR). Its creator, the visual artist Arlindo Armacollo, condemned the work made in homage to the former judge to remain under a cloth, away from the exhibition of the other statues.

The forced exile of the Podemos party's presidential candidate, also from Paraná, was recounted in the podcast Além do Meme, hosted by journalist Chico Felitti. Felitti narrates that the statue of the former judge was locked in a room, which was inside another room, under a white cloth and behind a cabinet. Worse: facing the wall.

The reason the creator punished his creation was disappointment with Moro joining the Bolsonaro government and the "mismanagement" he carried out while serving as Minister of Justice. "He was a hero in the region, he was the guy who was going to punish the corrupt, but he was a disappointment," Armacollo told Felitti.

Earlier this year, the Rolândia Wax Museum went viral for a peculiar reason: the statues don't exactly resemble the people they represent.
