Sanepar case: Assembly opposition goes to court
According to the leader of the opposition in the Legislative Assembly of Paraná, Deputy Elton Welter (PT), the privatization by Governor Beto Richa (PSDB) harms the state-owned water and sewage company, and therefore public money, to the tune of R$ 400 million.
Esmael's Blog - The opposition leader in the Legislative Assembly of Paraná, deputy Elton Welter (PT), announced this Tuesday (17) that the group will go to court to block the sale of shares in the Paraná Sanitation Company (Sanepar).
According to the Workers' Party member, the privatization planned by Governor Beto Richa (PSDB) is costing the state-owned water and sewage company R$ 400 million, and therefore public money.
In practice, the PSDB (Brazilian Social Democracy Party) government privatized the profits and socialized the stolen millions in the water bills of us gullible consumers.
