The president of the PPS party in Paraná, federal deputy Rubens Bueno, has been meeting with party members in the interior of the state as part of the "Pé na Estrada" project; the PPS's break with the Richa government makes sense, since the "clean" one is eyeing the mayor's seat in Curitiba, currently held by Gustavo Fruet (PDT); according to a survey by Paraná Pesquisas, he has 7% of the voting intentions.

The leader of the "clean" group also visited the municipality of Pato Branco, in the Southwest region, where he spoke about the difficult situation of the Beto Richa (PSDB) government.
Bueno received a standing ovation when he told representatives from 10 southwestern municipalities that the PPS is considering withdrawing from the state government.
