247 - The Public Prosecutor's Office has accused Marco Antônio Cabral, son of the governor of Rio, Sérgio Cabral (PMDB), of conducting premature campaigning on social media.
According to prosecutors, messages published by him, who is the national president of the PMDB Youth, are aimed at personal promotion. In one of them, Marco Antônio defends the UPP (Pacifying Police Units) project, an initiative of his father's government.
He is subject to a fine ranging from R$ 5 to R$ 25.
