247 - The 43-year-old man arrested for assaulting, tying to the tow hitch of his car, and dragging his ex-girlfriend in Nipoã, in northwestern São Paulo state, did not accept the end of the relationship, according to the victim's mother. reporter is from the G1 portal.

The incident took place last Saturday (12), on the João Leal rural road. The 30-year-old woman suffered bruises, cuts, abrasions and a fracture.

According to the Civil Police, Marcelo Bogaz was arrested for attempted femicide and drug trafficking, in Monte Aprazível (SP), on Thursday (17), as he was also caught with drugs, money, scales and a notebook.

The victim's mother believes that if the men hadn't helped, her daughter would have been dragged to her death.

“There wouldn’t have been enough time, because he was dragging himself along, he was going to leave the ground to get onto the highway, so the body would have been eaten on the asphalt, I don’t even like to think about it. You don’t even do that to an animal,” he says.
