According to the newspaper The State of S.PauloKataguiri's case is under the jurisdiction of the 5th Federal Court of the Federal District, and Nunes' case is being processed in the 25th Federal Court of São Paulo.
The lawsuits argued that the program presented by Janja violates the principle of administrative morality, by using a public structure for the government's interests.
The first lady said, through her press office, that she will not comment on the content of the lawsuit and that the technical clarifications regarding the broadcast "have already been provided by EBC".
