247 - Supporters of Bolsonaro were forced to delete posts hostile to Jean Wyllys on social media by a court in Rio de Janeiro. The decision was made by Judge Márcia Santos Capanema de Souza, head of the 5th Special Civil Court.

The report from the Uol portal It highlights that “the fake news associates the former congressman with Adélio Bispo, the perpetrator of the knife attack against then-presidential candidate Jair Bolsonaro in September 2018. The exclusion decision is preliminary and responds to a request by Jean Wyllys in a series of lawsuits against federal congresswomen Bia Kicis (PSL-DF) and Bibo Nunes (PSL-RS), the pro-Bolsonaro blogger Cleuber Carlos do Nascimento, the YouTuber Ed Raposo, and the businessman Otávio Oscar Fakhoury.”

The article further adds that "other lawsuits filed by the PSOL politician target the president's sons, such as Carlos and Eduardo Bolsonaro, but have not yet been judged. Judge Márcia stated in her decision that, in principle, 'prior censorship is not applicable,' but that 'if the right to freedom of expression is abusive and excessively offensive, this behavior must be prohibited by the Judiciary.'"
