A court has ordered Congressman Carlos Jordy to pay R$ 35 in damages to Felipe Neto.
Judge Bianca Ferreira do Amaral Machado Nigri, of the 1st Civil Court of Barra da Tijuca, also ordered that the Bolsonaro-supporting congressman Carlos Jordy (PSL-RJ) issue a public retraction for having disseminated fake news against the YouTuber Felipe Neto.

According to journalist Guilherme Amado, from TimeJudge Bianca Ferreira do Amaral Machado Nigri, of the 1st Civil Court of Barra da Tijuca, justified the sentence by stating that there was "a lack of proof that the Suzano massacre was caused by young followers of Felipe Neto, as well as that it was committed on behalf of and under the influence of the author, and that there is no causal link in the allegations."
