Ipec SP: Haddad (48%) and Tarcísio (52%) are tied, within the margin of error.

Both candidates maintained the same valid vote intentions as in the previous survey, from October 25th.

247 - Ipec survey released on Saturday afternoon (29), on the eve of the second round of the election, points to a technical tie between Tarcísio de Freitas (Republicanos) and Fernando Haddad (PT) in the race for governor of São Paulo.

Tarcísio appears with 52% of the valid votes, compared to Haddad's 48%. Valid votes exclude blank, null, and undecided votes. 

Both Tarcísio and Haddad maintained the same valid vote intentions as in the previous survey, released on October 25th. 

The survey has a margin of error of plus or minus two percentage points.
