247 - The candidate for governor of the State of São Paulo, Fernando Haddad (PT), commented this Monday morning, the 23rd, on the armed attacks of Roberto Jefferson (PTB) to Federal Police agents and questioned the government's willingness to include the Minister of Justice, André Torres, in the negotiations.

In an interview with CBN Radio, Haddad linked the incident to Jair Bolsonaro (PL), stating that the candidate seeking re-election "needs a crisis to govern," and that "he depends on this type of event to survive." The Workers' Party member also reinforced that actions like the one on Sunday are attempts to "create a climate" for voters to rethink their vote.

Regarding the election, he says that "Tarcísio is a puppet of Bolsonaro." "He has never lived here, he doesn't know our state. He will do what Bolsonaro tells him to do. He has no ideas of his own to defend," he argued.

"The only three things Tarcísio presents as proposals are practically threats to the state of São Paulo: making vaccination optional, removing cameras from police uniforms, and selling Sabesp. He even considered not complying with the Statute of Children and Adolescents," he adds.

"We are close to winning these elections. We will govern with progressive parties and attract the center to a republican government. It will be possible to isolate those who threaten the institutions and govern for all the people of São Paulo, from the interior, the coast, and the capital," he emphasized.
