In the judgment on the merits of the habeas corpus filed by Garotinho's defense, all precautionary measures imposed by the 100th Electoral Zone were suspended, including the prohibition on Garotinho speaking about the case. Four ministers voted in favor of granting the habeas corpus and two ministers voted against.
