Flávio Bolsonaro testifies this Monday about the leak of a Federal Police operation.
The testimony to the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office is scheduled for 14 PM in Brasília and is part of the investigation into leaks from the Federal Police during Operation Furna da Onça, launched in November 2018.
247 - The Federal Public Ministry (MPF) informed that Senator Flávio Bolsonaro (Republicanos), son of Jair Bolsonaro, will testify this Monday (19), at 14 pm, in Brasília, in the inquiry investigating alleged leaks from the Federal Police in Operation Furna da Onça, launched in November 2018.
According to a report by UOLDue to the prerogatives of his office, the location, date, and time he wished to be heard were determined by the senator himself. Flávio's defense has already stated that he will be heard by a federal prosecutor in Brasília, in the capacity of a witness.
The investigation was opened after businessman Paulo Marinho, a former supporter of the Bolsonaro clan, stated in an interview with Folha that Flávio had prior knowledge of the Federal Police operation that arrested 22 people, including ten state deputies from the Legislative Assembly of Rio de Janeiro.
Marinho is Flávio's alternate in the Senate and has lent his house to be the "headquarters" of Bolsonaro's presidential campaign.
