Rio247_ The Spanish production "80 Days" is the highlight of the third day of the Rio Film Festival this Saturday (8) directed by Jon Garanõ and Jose Mari Goenaga. The film tells the story of Axun, a 70-year-old woman who leads a monotonous life alongside her husband. After a serious accident suffered by her son-in-law, she reunites with her friend Maite, and feelings forgotten since adolescence reappear. Axun begins to reassess her choices and wonder if what existed was more than a great friendship.
Garaño was born in Spain in 1974. He studied Journalism at the University of the Basque Country and Film in the United States. Goenaga was born in Spain in 1976 and graduated in Business Administration in San Sebastián. The Rio Film Festival ends on the 18th with the awarding of the Redentor trophy in various categories.
