247 - Pre-candidate for mayor of São Paulo, federal deputy Guilherme Boulos (PSOL-SP) used his first pre-campaign event alongside Marta Suplicy (PT) to highlight the achievements of her administration when she was mayor of the capital. The congressman also associated Mayor Ricardo Nunes (MDB) with Jair Bolsonaro (PL). "We are talking about an administration that happened 20 years ago and left its mark," Boulos argued.

According to the pre-candidate, Nunes is Bolsonaro's "puppet." Boulos stated that the race in the São Paulo capital will be a contest between "Lula's team and the ineligible one's team," referring to the former president.

"On one side, you'll have the comrade who was the best president this country has ever had. On the other, the candidate supported by the worst president the country has ever had, who worked against the vaccine, who doesn't like people, doesn't respect people, and only knows how to spread intolerance and hatred."
