Rio 247 -  The Rio de Janeiro city hall, led by Mayor Marcelo Crivella, announced it will open an audit to determine if any municipal property was stolen from the administrative headquarters building. In a room at the Civil House Secretariat, employees noticed the absence of several computers, specifically those where information about telephone service contracts and vehicles leased by the city hall was stored.

The information comes from O Globo.

"The topic is sensitive, and on Monday, former mayor Eduardo Paes could not be reached for comment."

One of Crivella's secretaries even brought an air conditioner from home so he and his team could work comfortably because the heat was unbearable.

In other municipal offices, outside the main building, there were also reports of problems accessing the network to obtain basic information necessary for the operation of services, such as telephone and address directories.
