Correia: any attempt at amnesty has already died in the Supreme Court.

247 - Federal deputy Rogério Correia (PT-MG) showed support for the vote of Supreme Federal Court minister Flávio Dino for the conviction of Jair Bolsonaro (PL). The PT member signaled this Tuesday (9) that, within the STF, there is no possibility of amnesty for those accused of involvement in coup actions. 

"Strong performance by Minister Dino in the trial! He showed clarity, listed precise evidence, and made a firm defense of the sovereignty of our Court. He even cited the jurisprudence of the Daniel Silveira case, whose pardon was revoked by Bolsonaro. In this way, he left no doubt: any attempt at amnesty has already died in the Supreme Court," the parliamentarian wrote on the social network X. 

The Brazilian Supreme Court (STF) has indicted 31 people for their involvement in the coup plot. The trial began on the 2nd of this month and... The score is 2-0. for the conviction of Bolsonaro and seven other defendants:

8. Walter Braga Netto - former minister under Bolsonaro and candidate for vice-president on the 2022 ticket.
