247 More than 2.800 people have been displaced or left homeless due to the rains in Minas Gerais. According to Civil Defense, 31 municipalities are in a state of emergency.

In 24 hours, between 6 am on Wednesday and 6 am this Thursday (17), the Fire Department identified 351 calls related to the storm in Greater Belo Horizonte, such as trees falling on cars.

The interior of the state is also experiencing heavy rainfall. In Muzambinho, in the south of the state, a strong windstorm caused roofs to be torn off houses.
