247 - Jair Bolsonaro heard words of protest such as "bum" while parading in an open car in Francisco Morato (SP), a city where four people died due to landslides caused by heavy rains. Others shouted "It's Lula there!".

In all, 24 people were killed. The storms have been affecting the state of São Paulo since last weekend. Bolsonaro flew over the region by helicopter, accompanied by six ministers.

"There was a lack of vision for the future."

In his speech at the site, Bolsonaro also demonstrated ignorance and insensitivity regarding the housing problem. "Many areas where residences were built, there was obviously a lack of foresight on the part of those who built them," he declared. Only then did he add: "As well as out of necessity, people build in these high-risk areas."
