Plane is grounded in Belo Horizonte after co-pilot shows symptoms of coronavirus.

The aircraft departed from Belém (PA) with 131 passengers and six crew members. It was then isolated after landing in the capital of Minas Gerais. Suffering from fever and sneezing, the co-pilot was taken to the medical service.

247 - An Azul Linhas Aéreas plane was isolated this Monday afternoon (16) at Confins airport, in Belo Horizonte (MG), after the co-pilot presented symptoms of coronavirus. The aircraft departed from Belém (PA) with 131 passengers and six crew members. It was later isolated after landing in the capital of Minas Gerais. With fevers and sneezing, the co-pilot was referred to the medical service.

According to a statement released by Azul, the disembarkation occurred without irregularities, and the passengers and crew of the flight are being evaluated by the National Health Surveillance Agency (Anvisa). 

Recently, the plane reportedly flew from Fort Lauderdale, Florida (USA), to Belém. According to the specialized website FlightRadar24, the plane landed at Confins Airport and went to the cargo terminal, where it is currently isolated.
