"We have 40% of the staff made up of black people, we have women, the most varied sexual options, throughout our ranks people of all types, ethnicities, we have transgender people," he told GloboNews this Monday (22).
"The Military Police are the first to be interested in holding those responsible for wrongdoing accountable. The institution's leadership is held responsible for these wrongdoings," he added.
