At least 14 people linked to Derrite were removed from the structure of the Public Security Secretariat by direct order of Tarcísio, in a decision taken this Wednesday (4). Appointment increases tension

The atmosphere became even more tense with the appointment of Colonel Henguel Ricardo Pereira to the position of Executive Secretary of Public Security. He took office on Monday (2) and is considered a declared enemy of Derrite. Before that, Pereira held the position of Chief Secretary of the Military House.

Formally, the current Secretary of Public Security, Osvaldo Nico, was considered close to Derrite, having acted as his second-in-command in the department.
