Poll shows Elmano close to winning the first round of the Ceará gubernatorial election.

Atlas Research uses a "random data collection method via a structured web questionnaire"

247 - A survey by Atlas, from Nervera Serviços, indicates that Elmano de Freitas (PT) has a chance of winning the election for governor of Ceará in the first round.

Valid votes:

  •  Elmano - 45,1%
  • Captain Wagner (União Brasil) - 33,6%
  • Roberto Cláudio (PDT) - 20,8%
  • Others - 0,4%

To win in the first round, a candidate needs 50% of the valid votes plus one.

The research obtains the answers through "random collection via a structured web questionnaire and post-stratification of the sample according to the characteristics of the electorate of Ceará". 1.600 voters from the state were interviewed between September 24th and 28th. The margin of error is 2,5 percentage points and the confidence interval is 95%. The survey is registered with the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) under protocol CE-02332/2022.
