Former Health Secretary of the Roseana Sarney government, Ricardo Murad, appears on the list of public managers whose accounts were deemed irregular by the TCE-MA (Court of Accounts of Maranhão) and forwarded to the Electoral Court; the list was delivered to the TRE/MA (Regional Electoral Court of Maranhão) and contains 3239 cases and 1319 managers, including mayors, presidents of city councils, municipal and state secretaries, and other expenditure authorizing officers; Ricardo Murad's name appears three times on the list referring to the fiscal years 2006, 2007, and 2011.

The list was delivered this Monday (15) to the TRE/MA and contains 3239 cases and 1319 managers, including mayors, chamber presidents, municipal and state secretaries and other expenditure managers.
Ricardo Murad's name appears three times on the list for the fiscal years 2006, 2007, and 2011.
A Special Audit was initiated, which is a duly formalized administrative process with its own procedure, to investigate responsibility for damage to public administration in order to obtain the respective reimbursement. After the audits were carried out, the TCE/MA (Court of Accounts of the State of Maranhão) judged Ricardo Murad's accounts to be irregular.
The Court of Auditors of the State of Maranhão forwarded to the Electoral Court the list of all public managers whose accounts were judged irregular by the Court or disapproved in the last eight years, by a final and unappealable decision.
