The woman and her 77-year-old husband are hospitalized at the Hospital Português in the Pernambuco capital, along with eight other patients with the disease, all in stable condition. In total, Pernambuco has 31 confirmed cases of the coronavirus.
Also on Friday (21), passengers on board the cruise ship were allowed to disembark, after more than a week of isolation due to a case of the new coronavirus on the ship, reported the National Health Surveillance Agency (Anvisa).
The evacuation of the 605 people from the Silver Shadow cruise ship, including passengers and crew, will take place in five groups, organized according to their nationalities and their respective return flights to their countries of origin.
