The aggressor was identified as Adonias Correia Santana, a lumberman from Tabaporã, who has 22 pending lawsuits against him. In the images, Santana asks the homeless man if he is hungry and offers him a R$ 20 bill, as reported by Portal Fórum.
The homeless man replies that he can't buy food and receives no help because there's almost no one on the streets. The driver suggests that the businessman give him a 50-real note. Santana then offers the note to the homeless man and asks him to come closer. Then, the businessman slaps him in the face and shouts, "Go to work, you bum!"
