Flávio Dino has an advantage in the last three polls.
In three recent polls conducted by different institutes in Maranhão, similar results showed the consolidated lead of the opposition's pre-candidate for governor, Flávio Dino (PCdoB); the pre-candidate has a lead of more than 30 percentage points over Edinho Lobão, of the PMDB, in the polls conducted by Exata, Amostragem and DataM.

Data M Institute – Flávio Dino 58,2%, Edinho Lobão 20,7%
After refining the measurements, one arrives at the logical conclusion that Flávio Dino's advantage is practically the same, considering the margin of error of each one.
Considering the attacks from the Sarney group, the systematic smear campaign, and the dirty tricks played against Flávio Dino, the communist candidate still maintains the same support levels, while the pre-candidate supported by the Sarney oligarchy remains well below. Edinho has stagnated and cannot move beyond the level Luís Fernando had (20%) when he decided to abandon the race.
According to the polls, Flávio has low disapproval ratings and receives a lot of spontaneous mentions. Another point in favor of the opposition candidate.
Therefore, using a numerical analogy, Dino maintains a considerable advantage. Thus, if anyone is desperate, it's the government group, who, in their eagerness to get Lobinho to rise in the polls, are resorting to dirty tricks.
Apparently, the unscrupulous tactic of offending honor and family has not been effective with the population.
