Governor Flávio Dino made a series of deliveries in the city of São Mateus this Thursday (31). These were investments in work, agriculture, education and water. “There is no state government in Brazil that today inaugurates more works than the Government of Maranhão,” said Flávio during a conversation with residents.
"Today alone, we delivered more equipment than in the entire history of the State Government here in São Mateus," added the governor.
He delivered an artesian well to improve the water supply in the municipality. Fifty families will benefit from the inauguration of the well, located in the village of São Benedito.
Flávio also delivered 100 carts from the Mais Renda Program, which empowers micro-entrepreneurs in various regions of Maranhão.
Education and water
The governor inspected the Iema works in São Mateus and signed the Service Order for the construction of two Simplified Water Supply Systems.
The investment package also includes 83 irrigation kits covering one thousand square meters with agricultural implements. These are dozens of tillers and forage harvesters that will benefit more than 250 families of small rural producers.
"São Mateus always welcomes me warmly. We are inaugurating projects, making deliveries, and starting new ones. There are many initiatives, and it's always a joy to be so well received and welcomed here," stated Governor Flávio Dino.
