Dino: Imperatriz's health system will receive R$ 500 million by 2018.

The government of Maranhão inspected the construction of the Dr.ª Ruth Noleto Macro-regional Hospital in Imperatriz, a high-complexity hospital unit that will be inaugurated next week. The HMI will have 122 beds, including clinical, pediatric, orthopedic, and ICU care. According to the governor, the new hospital represents a monthly investment of R$ 10 million in Imperatriz, and by 2018, the state government will have invested R$ 500 million in the municipality's health sector. The high-complexity hospital unit, planned to be a reference center for cancer treatment, is in its final stages of completion and will be inaugurated next week.

Maranhao 247 - The government of Maranhão inspected, this Friday (12), in Imperatriz, the works of the Dr.ª Ruth Noleto Macro-regional Hospital, a high-complexity hospital unit that will be inaugurated next week. The HMI will have 122 beds, including clinical, pediatric, orthopedic care and an Intensive Care Unit (ICU). According to the governor, the new hospital represents a monthly investment of R$ 10 million in Imperatriz, and by 2018, the state government will inject R$ 500 million into the municipality's health. The high-complexity hospital unit, planned to be a reference in cancer treatment, is in the final stages of completion and will be inaugurated next week.

The state's chief executive also delivered 12 new police vehicles to the municipality. Of the total vehicles delivered, eight will be used for policing and the other four for the cities of Açailândia and João Lisboa. The new vehicles have an image transmission and storage system, facilitating the work of the teams. 

According to Governor Flávio Dino, the delivery is part of the 'Metropolitan Network' Program, aimed at combating crime in the Tocantina Region. "The 'Metropolitan Network' will help with police checkpoints in areas with the highest incidence of violence," he stated.
