247- The start of Salvador's Carnival, this Thursday (27), was marked by a political demonstration in the Osmar Circuit, with a chorus of "no amnesty" led by actress Alice Carvalho and singer Anitta in the Navio Pirata block, from the band BaianaSystem.
Hundreds of thousands of revelers chanted the slogan, amplifying the tone of protest against Jair Bolsonaro, while the former president's name was also mentioned, with the crowd exclaiming: "Hey, Bolsonaro, go f*** yourself." The gesture reflected the climate of political indignation amidst expectations of Bolsonaro's possible conviction for attempted coup d'état.
