Brazil's Superior Electoral Court (TSE) gives Bolsonaro 5 days to present his defense regarding abuse of power on September 7th.

Braga Netto must also comment on the action filed by the PDT.

Capital Letter - Minister Benedito Gonçalves, the general inspector of the Superior Electoral Court, established this Friday, the 9th, a five-day deadline for President Jair Bolsonaro (PL) and his vice-presidential candidate, Walter Braga Netto, to present their defense in the context of a lawsuit filed by the PDT regarding abuse of political and economic power on September 7th.

"Initial analysis, the initial petition meets the admissibility requirements," the minister wrote.

The PDT argues that Bolsonaro used the event to promote his candidacy. In the document, the party extends its challenge to Braga Netto.
