Renan calls Arthur Lira an "emperor" who threatens Lula's government.

"He's behaving like the Bolsonaro supporter he is. 610 days left until he's ousted from the throne," he fired back.

247 - Senator Renan Calheiros was harsh in his criticism of the stance taken by the Speaker of the House, Arthur Lira, who called for the resignation of the Minister-Chief of Institutional Relations, Alexandre Padilha.

"After wanting to tear up the Constitution and shut down the Senate, the emperor's new delusional act of abstinence is to resurrect the secret budget and behead Lula's ministers to inflate the numbers of his lackeys. He's behaving like the Bolsonaro supporter he is. There are 610 days left until he's ousted from the throne," he said.

Who didn't like it? The tone used by Lira was also influenced by the president himself.Lula disliked what he considers a public call to hand over the head of the Minister-Chief of Institutional Relations.
