Around 300 people gathered at the restaurant where Saulo Jansen was murdered to call for an end to the violence; the public servant's sister participated in the event; cyclists rode along the L4 Norte highway after the demonstration, calling for peace.

247 - Approximately 300 people participated on Wednesday night (11) in 413 north in a demonstration for the end of violence. The protest took place in the same restaurant where Central Bank employee Saulo Batista Jansen, 31 years old, was murdered after being shot in the chest during a robbery at the location.

The civil servant's sister, Roberta Jansen, and his uncle, Wellington Jansen, came from Recife (PE), the victim's hometown, to represent the family. The demonstrators placed flowers on the table where Saulo was sitting and then said a prayer.

After the event at the restaurant, cyclists who were friends of Saulo rode along the entire L4 north, escorted by the military police. The demonstrators carried signs asking for more security and peace in the city.
