The judicial orders are being carried out in the Federal District, in São Paulo, in Rio de Janeiro, in Paraná, in Santa Catarina and in Mato Grosso.
The president of the Court, Minister Dias Toffoli, opened the inquiry in March 2019, with the objective of investigating offenses and threats that "affect the honor and security of the Supreme Federal Court, its members and their families."
