247 - Former Health Minister and currently special advisor to the SAE (Special Secretariat for Strategic Affairs) in the Jair Bolsonaro (PL) government, General Eduardo Pazuello has been "without official commitments" on his agenda and on "recess" for a month. This information comes from Mônica Bergamo, of [source name missing]. Folha de S. Paul.
According to his schedule, Pazuello's last day of work was December 16th, when "internal dispatch" was listed on his timetable. According to the SAE (Secretariat of Strategic Affairs), "internal dispatch" is used "to describe periods in which the employee is involved in routine administrative activities, such as the analysis of documents and internal dispatches with other members of the same agency."
From December 20th onwards, Pazuello took a break for Christmas and did not return to work. He had a motorcycle accident in Rio de Janeiro on December 24th, but there is no record of medical leave or vacation time since then.
In a statement, SAE (Secretariat for Strategic Affairs) affirms that the lack of commitments on Pazuello's agenda does not signify an absence of work. "The administrative processes and workflows inherent to this position [Pazuello's] do not, as a rule, require receiving authorities or other types of official events that would justify more frequent entries on his agenda."
