New housing registration in the Federal District calls for 2 people.
Those on the list must verify their information and formalize the eligibility process; those selected will learn about the projects offered by the Morar Bem Program.
Brasília Agency - The Secretariat of Housing, Regularization and Urban Development (Sedhab) and the Housing Development Company of the Federal District (Codhab) will summon the first 2 individuals registered in the List of Individual Registrations of the New Housing Registry to verify their data and formalize the process for qualification and expression of interest in the projects offered by the Morar Bem Program, which aims to provide housing with complete infrastructure for families with a monthly income of zero to R$ 7.464,00.
Upon being notified, those selected must prove that they meet the criteria of the Federal District's housing policy, listed in Law No. 3.877/2006, such as residing here for at least five years and never having owned property. Other data, such as the number of children and the existence of people with disabilities in the family, will also be verified. Furthermore, at that time, candidates may choose up to three developments or projects, taking into account the compatibility of their socioeconomic profile, as well as the price of the properties offered.
Public notices have been issued for the construction of more than 20 housing units in Sobradinho, Gama, Samambaia, Santa Maria, Recanto das Emas, and Riacho Fundo II. “In 2011, we created the New Housing Registry. And for the first time, with absolute transparency, we published the list of registered applicants in order of ranking,” said Secretary Geraldo Magela.
He also informed that, from now on, applications will only be opened when the candidate submits all the required documents at the same time. This measure aims to prevent applications from being stalled due to lack of documentation.
To expedite the process, applicants will receive a letter instructing them to appear at the Codhab Service Center, located at SCS, Quadra 6, Bloco A, between 9 am and 16 pm, with all the necessary documents.
