247 - Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes signed a summons ordering the Director of Hospital DF Star/DF, Allisson Barcelos Borges, to provide clarification regarding the state of health of Jair Bolsonaro (PL).

On Wednesday (7), Bolsonaro underwent tests at the DF Star hospital, in Brasília (DF), after suffering a fall. The accident occurred six days after being discharged. The former president was hospitalized after undergoing medical procedures to treat a hernia and a case of hiccups.

Currently, the far-right politician is in a Federal Police cell and suffered the fall in the cell during the early hours of Tuesday (6). Moraes must verify the possibility of the examinations being carried out in the prison system.

Lawyers also complained about the Federal Police cell. The agency stated that it is not possible to "significantly reduce," with "simple or specific measures," the noise from the air conditioning system in the place where the far-right politician is being held.

The defense of the former president, sentenced to 27 years in prison in the investigation of the coup plot, has requested that the Judiciary allow Bolsonaro to serve house arrest. He was accused of five crimes - coup d'état, attempted violent abolition of the Democratic Rule of Law, armed criminal organization, aggravated damage through violence and serious threat, and deterioration of listed property.
