Moraes at trial regarding the coup plot: 'lawyers always had numerous accesses to all the evidence' (video)
The defense questioned the competence of the Supreme Federal Court (STF) and the First Panel to judge the indictment, but the minister rejected the arguments.
247 - Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes highlighted this Tuesday (25) that the defenses of the people judged in the investigation of the coup plot had sufficient access to the details of the investigations.
