247 - Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes has ordered federal police to question the president of the PL party, Valdemar Costa Neto, within five days regarding his alleged coup proposals. The Federal Police had requested authorization from the Justice to question the ally of Jair Bolsonaro (PL) in the investigation into the alleged coup proposal.

The president of the PL had said that he received several documents with fraudulent content.

In November of last year, the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) fined the PL in R $ million 22,9 after the party to question the reliability of electronic voting machines.

On January 12th, police entered the home of former Justice Minister Anderson Torres in Brasília (DF) and found a document outlining strategies for a coup.

Torres was arrested this January in connection with an investigation into the coup attempts that took place in the federal capital on January 8, when supporters of Jair Bolsonaro (PL) stormed Congress, the Presidential Palace, and the Supreme Court.
