Moraes gives the Presidential Palace five days to report on Carlos Bolsonaro's participation in a trip to Russia.

The Supreme Court Justice ordered that data be presented regarding the agenda and expenses, such as any per diem allowances.

247 - Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes gave the Presidency of the Republic a five-day deadline this Friday (4) to inform "the official conditions of participation" of councilman Carlos Bolsonaro (Republicanos-RJ) in the presidential delegation that was in Russia between February 14 and 16.

Moraes ordered that data be presented regarding the agenda and expenses, such as any per diem allowances.

It was also determined that the Rio de Janeiro City Council must report, within the same timeframe, whether the council member received official permission to undertake the international trip.

The Supreme Court minister is reviewing a request made by Senator Randolfe Rodrigues (PSOL-AP) to investigate the presence of the city councilman and his advisor, Tercio Arnaud.

The congressman from the Rede-AP party intends to investigate whether the trip was made with the aim of enabling Russia to interfere in the Brazilian presidential election.
