Planning Minister could be ousted for fiscal irregularities.

The Brazilian Federal Court of Accounts (TCU) will decide the future of the Minister of Planning, Dyogo de Oliveira; according to Ilimar Franco, prosecutor Júlio Marcelo is about to send the court the list of those responsible for the use of BNDES (Brazilian Development Bank) resources to execute the PSI (Investment Program); the rapporteur, Minister José Múcio, will have to decide if Dyogo is jointly responsible for the practice of "fiscal maneuvers," which led to the removal of President Dilma Rousseff.
